Goods are only dispatched after payment has cleared.
All goods are supplied with TWO paper labels attached. These labels MUST NOT be removed until you are satisfied with your purchase.
Due to reasons of hygiene returns are NOT accepted unless the goods are damaged in transit.
Please notify LadyBee Designs immediately should this be the case.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return damaged goods at their own expense with BOTH paper labels attached and no signs of wear/grease marks etc.
It is advisable to take out insurance with the carrier to cover any losses and to request a signature on delivery.
LadyBee Designs accepts no responsibility for goods lost in transit or for loss of any kind however caused.
In no case will LadyBee Designs accept liability for damage resulting from you to the Hats after delivery.
Refunds are only issued under the terms and conditions set out above and DO NOT include postage costs.
